Before I upgraded my motherboard and cpu, everything worked fine. When I first turned the psu switch on, the motherboard LEDs turned on which i thought was odd. Then I pressed the power switch and the cpu fan turned on but there was no beep like last time i upgraded motherboards and also all my other fans turned on for a split second and then turned off. I made sure to plug everything in correctly but I am eager for some advice!

Solution
install the one RAM into the second slot from the CPU (B2)

reset the BIOS by jumper (clear CMOS). Have a look at the manual how to

check all sata data cable, on the picture the red one seems to be not connected well

other than that, try a minimmum configuration
motherboard, one RAM in B2, PSU, CPU with cooler

if this won´t work:
try a different PSU
try the motherboard outside the case
check CPU socket of the motherboard for bent pins
Take some pictures of your build and upload these to imgur.com
I would think it's a problem with the motherboard but I'm obviously not sure. I tried booting it up without pcie card, I tried without ram, and I tried clearing the RTC RAM, but the POST beeps never occurred.

Also, I plugged one of the fans into the wrong spot so that isn't a problem anymore, and I realized I can turn it off using the case button when I hold it for a bit. The problem now is that it won't boot/beep or display.
