[SOLVED] PC with stutters in games and windows

I have had stutters in games and standard applications on windows, in light and heavy games stutters contain stuttering, crashes even to see a video on youtube, from time to time everything is slow and the voice is distorted in the windows itself,
my configuration;
ryzen 3 3100
biostar b350 GT3
2x4 hyperx fury 2400 mhz
rx 5500xt challenger D 8gb

Sounds like video-related problem, check your temps ( video mostly). The problem can be caused by heat. Also clean your PC, dust is also known for causing wierd issues.

I built the new PC, my video card is at 65 ° C, and my processor is at 70 ° C playing, I already cleaned it all and I already changed the thermal folder of the processor, I use a cooler master mastergel pro.

Well you can try different driver for 5500xt, remove old ones with DDU.
If that is not helping pop a different video (from a friend) to see if the problem persist.
