For 4345 L.E., but you will need a CPU cooler as well if you plan to overclock, and the 450W PSU will limit your GPU power to about a GTX 970.

The local case will be the CoolerMaster 282K with USB 3.0 ports on the front panel I would use every part, except the case, myself if I were to build a computer, so there are no corners cut or sub-standard bits included.

There may be some slightly cheaper motherboards, but I would not want anything with weaker VRM or power phases if I were serious about overclocking. If there is another motherboard you would rather have, ask.
