[SOLVED] PC won’t turn on after power went off for a few minutes

Just to clarify, I see the lights and fans going, but monitors don’t show anything.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

Turn off the system. Flip the PSU switch to off. Unplug the PSU. Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds. Plug the PSU back. Flip the PSU switch to on. Try powering on.
