[SOLVED] Pc won’t boot after getting new parts

Hi, I recently installed a new motherboard, cpu, and ram into my pc. I have an intel i5 9600k, asus tuf z390, and Corsair veangence ddr4 ram. I installed everything referring to the motherboards manual and added my gpu, psu, and ssd back in. All the fans are running, leds turn on, and ssd seems to be running however there is no display on my monitor and my keyboard will not light up. Also worth noting I installed a Corsair h60 liquid cpu cooler. Everything is plugged in correctly but the system just won’t boot.

Hi, What exact motherboard using?

If still no go, I suggest starting from zero: taking the board outside the case, removing CPU, taking a picture of the CPU socket, uploading it on imgur, and posting the link here.
If pins ok, we can further proceed.

Thanks for the help I went through all the post boot steps a couple times without a mother board speaker. Picked one up this morning and found out the ram was not being detected. Had to mess with it a little bit booted with one stick first then tried the second and it seems to be working now. For some reason it wouldn't boot for the first time with two sticks in
