PC Won’t Boot but Fans and Lights Still Work

My PC won’t boot but lights and fans are still on. The start button light won’t show however everything else works. I’ve tried moving my ram, unplugging it and waiting a few minutes, holding start everything help


I have an MSI Z270 KRAIT GAMING mobo, Intel i5 6500, 1 8gb HYPERX DDR4 ram, 1tb WESTERN DIGITAL HDD, gtx 1060 (I upgraded from a 1050ti recently)
