PC Build
https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/RvqXCd

Upgraded from a 6800xt to a 4070ti super as of 2days ago. PC as a whole has been fine however I went to bed last night woke up this morning and the machine won’t boot. When powering it on the cpu light on the mobo turns on then DRAM light, then back to the cpu and then the DRAM light just stays permanently on.

I have so far unseated one ram at a time to see if that’s the issue.
Tried to run on integrated graphics to no success.
Checked all connections.
Reseated the CMOS.
And had no success.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Your motherboard has a Flash BIOS button on the rear of your motherboard;
https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/E7C02v1.5.pdf
follow steps outlined in page 41 of your motherboard manual, and see if that helps revive your build.

The PCPartPicker Link shows an RX5700XT, when did you upgrade to the RX6800XT and for how long have you held onto the PSU in said PCPP link?

Tried to run on integrated graphics to no success.
That won't work, since your Ryzen 3600x lacks an iGPU. The only way you're going to get display out of that motherboard is if you have an APU.

When powering it on the cpu light on the mobo turns on then DRAM light, then back to the cpu and then the DRAM light just stays permanently on.
Try and drop your processor onto another known working motherboard with the right BIOS version and if the same issue persists, then it's possible the integrated memory controller on the CPU went out.
