Question PC won’t boot/install windows

This message pops up every time I try to boot my PC, and it doesn’t work.

The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows Installation Cannot Proceed. To install Windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.

I was trying to change boot drive and unplugged all my drives, and then I forgot to plug in my SSD to make sure it installs on it rather my HDD, so I had to turn it off and restart it.

I hate that error.

So what was attached when you did run installer?

normal fix is to wipe drive you trying to install onto but if it wasn't even attached, have to wonder what is causing the error.
