Question PC won’t boot into windows

Hello, yesterday I was uninstalling some programs from my computer that I didn’t use anymore. I seen I had a program called diffmerge and when I was uninstalling it my screen just went black but was still able to move my mouse around. It sat like that for about an hour until I decided to reset my PC. Now it will not boot into windows, it goes into diagnostic mode and then tries to repair it. It then comes up with a window saying my PC did not start correctly and let’s me choose an advanced option. I have tried just restarting it again, safe boot, I even fully reset windows deleting all files and it still does the same process. Only option I haven’t tried yet as I didn’t have time is installing windows from a usb drive. Is there anything else I can try to fix this? Or is there a reason this happen in the first place?

Chances are you've ended up with a corrupt OS or that the necessary system partition got wiped. Try and recreate a bootable USB installer for Windows 10 and try to repair the OS, following this guide, i.e, using Startup Repair.
