I recently just upgraded my CPU and motherboard to a i5 8400 and B360M DS3H. After replacing both the CPU abd motherboard it keeps taking me to the Automatic Repair and I can’t see my SSD on my bios. I made my SSD my startup and windows should be on there, but I can’t find it in the bios. I tried to plug it in a different SATA cable, but I still can’t find it. I also upgraded my RAM.

Solution
Most of the time, Windows has to be reinstalled when you replace the motherboard. There should be an option during setup that allows you to keep your files while reconfiguring Windows.
