Question PC won’t boot up, red CPU led flashes once when attempting to turn on.

I tried to turn on my pc recently and nothing would happen. After a couple of tries of that, I decided to open it up and Investigate. I had built the pc myself and it had been working just fine for almost 6 months now. What I found when I opened it up is that the red led cpu light would flash once and nothing would start up. I checked out the cpu and found nothing wrong with it, I even cleaned and re added the thermal paste. Still, the pc would not turn on.

What does happen if you remove all ram sticks?
I could suggest you to leave 1 ram stick installed, and if it does not boot with that slot, to move it onto another slot and re-try until you test with all of your ram sticks.

Check the manual for your motherboard. It should tell you what the one blink of the red led means.
