Pc won’t boot

I changed the memory frequency in my bios and updated my bios. My computer turned off after and restarted. When it restarted the pc turns on and all the hardware inside is working but nothing shows up on my monitor and my keyboard and mouse aren’t turning on. I tried resetting the cmos by taking out the battery and putting it back in with the power cable and all other cables disconnected, but it isn’t working. I don’t know what to do since I’m not that educated with hardware.

An option would be returning the board, to be replaced, if under warranty. If Flashback featured, try using it.

Some boards allow you to flash the BIOS, even if pc not started (no signal on screen).

Well I have an ASUS strix b350-f do u know if it has that feature

It doesn't, but it has Debug LEDs. When starting the board, out of the 4 LEDs (top right edge of the board), which one remains on (CPU, DRAM, VGA, Boot), if any?

I don’t see any lights at the top right lighting up

Right, my bad, but are there LEDs that go on and off, or stay on, when starting the board? If yes, which one (what area - CPU, RAMs, graphics card)?

My bad I had to go somewhere. There are lights on the top left of where my ram is at and there is a light at the bottom right of my board on top of a cable

Ok I got it to work by taking out one of my pieces of ram, but now I can’t put the other piece of ram in or the computer won’t boot up. How do I get the other piece of ram to work in the computer and how do I get the ram to actually work. I had a problem before I made this mess where I had 16gb of ram installed but my pc was only using 7.95gb of ram. I want to know how to get it to use all 16gb.

Try testing with single RAM module each RAM slot on the board see if all of them working.
