Question Pc won’t detect uefi windows 10

I’ve been left scratching my head as a new low budget built my cousin has built won’t work, he’s installed a ssd which works tested on my pc it had windows 10 on it as I installed it from my pc his pc detects the ssd but won’t detect the uefi windows I’ve enabled cms and uefi in bios all he gets is no bootable device found, he has ryzen 3 with b450 gigabyte board the only thing that’s 2nd hand is the psu could this be why it’s not working I’ve spent hours on this watched everything video and thread nothing has helped.
