I’m wondering if I could get any advice with a problem I have been dealing with for a few days now. My specs are:

MOBO: Asus Rog Strix b350f
PSU: Corsair CX650M
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: Rog-Strix-RTX2060-O6G-Gaming
RAM: CORSAIR - VENGEANCE LPX Series 16GB
OS: Windows 10

A couple days ago my computer was working flawlessly. I powered it down when I was done for the night but the next day I go to play, the pc powers on and all peripherals power on but the monitor says “DP no signal”.

I make sure the DP cable was secure and all other cables but still no display. I do some googling and I unplugged both RAM sticks and that seemed to do the trick. All was fine until... the very next day I get the same problem. This time however removing and plugging back in the RAM did not work and also my mouse and keyboard RGB is not lighting up anymore as they usually do.

So I am lost as to what the problem may be. Tonight I took out my graphics card and kept my mouse and keyboard plugged in and they were getting power again. Could it be the power supply is failing and not giving it enough power. Mind you I just purchased all my parts 3 years ago brand new so nothing is old.

I don’t have a integrated graphics on my motherboard so unless I borrow a graphics card from a friend I have no way of accessing the bios. If anyone has suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!

Try clearing your bios by taking out the cmos battery for a minute and then putting it back in. I would put the GPU back in and reseat every part you have except the CPU as well. Then I would remove all USB devices like keyboard, mouse, headphones, etc. and then power it on and see if you have any luck.
Honestly though it kinda sounds like a PSU issue. If you can get your hands on a multimeter I would definitely test it out.

Ok I will defitnley give it a try. I was afraid a part could be faulty but if so why would one day it does not work but the next it runs perfectly fine?
