Question PC won’t even try turning on

Hello. I was playing a game yesterday on my pc and it crashed to a blank green screen. I had to hold the power button to shut it down. After a bit I turned it back on, it started booting for about 20 seconds then shut back off. And now absolutely nothing happens when I hit the power button. I tried replacing PSU with a new one. I don’t have easy access to one that I know works that I could try. I also tried a couple different outlets. Any advice on what to do from here? Could it be the motherboard?
