My pc won’t boot past the asus screen or even go into bios i reset the cmos and tried without my ssd pluged in and it just won’t go anywhere

My pc won’t go past boot or go into bios i’ve unplugged my ssd reset my cmos and tried without my video card and nothing seems to work its not restarting or anything it just seems stuck
