When I turn my pc on it pops up the normal logo thing with no option to get into bios and there is no loading circle. I have to turn my pc off and back on to get it to load of all the way so I can login to my pc. I thought it would be something with my ram but I tried every slot with one stick of ram and it works fine but when I put my second stick in it has problems even tho my motherboard supports 16 gb of ram.

I really appreciate you responding but I figured it out I had a cap on my memory witch was affecting it but things are running perfectly normal again and I’m sorry for taking forever to respond.

Is this the same memory configuration you had before the problem or are you just now trying to add another stick?

List specs please

Cpu
Motherboard
Ram
GPU
PSU

Was both memory sticks tried separately?

Maybe try reset Bios. Refer to user manual how clear Cmos to refresh hardware parameters.
