Question PC won’t POST with DRAM debug light on ?

Hi, I am running into some trouble with a motherboard I am using. First let me list out the problems. I had just installed a new motherboard that I had trouble with previously. It was working great, no problems, until I enabled XMP. After enabling XMP it refuses to POST and starts with CPU debug light on, then to DRAM, then back to CPU, then it stays on DRAM.

I flashed the newest bios and it still refuses to POST. ChatGPT says it could be having a major problem with saving memory configs. I have repeatedly cleared the CMOS. I have also tried every slot with different RAM configs. I highly doubt it’s the DIMMS or RAM because it worked completely fine until I changed the memory profile to XMP.

PC Specs
Mobo: Gigabyte Aorus B650 Elite AX rev 1.2
CPU: Ryzen 7600X
GPU: RTX 3080
RAM: Trident Z DDR5 (16GB x 2)
Storage: Inland 1TB
PSU: bequiet Pure Power 750 watt

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Ryzen 7600x
How are you cooling the processor?

Purepower 750 watt
Be Quiet! have a number of units that are under the Pure Power range, which one do you have?

Rtx 3080
If I were you, I'd have looked into a higher wattage unit due to the RTX3080 having a high transient load spikes. Something close to a 1KW unit. No I'm not joking.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? You forgot to mention the ram you're working with on your build.

And I have repeatedly cleared the cmos.
Ideally, you disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery, press and hold down the power button for 30secs to drain any residual power, then reseat the CMOS battery after 30mins.

Please stick to one thread to keep thoughts concise.
Edit;
Trident z ddr5 16gb x2

You might want to include a link to the ram kit you're using. If the ram doesn't have AMD's E.X.P.O advertised on it's packaging, that might be your issue. Try and source(borrow, not buy) a ram kit that has AMD's E.X.P.O advertised on it to see if that resolves the issue. Speaking of which, ideally you populate slots A2 and B2.

Hi, thanks for replying! Let me address your questions one by one. I am cooling the CPU with a Corsair 240 mm AIO. I am unsure what you mean by unit, product unit or watt units under load? Would you be able to clarify?

I currently have the 3080 unattached to eliminate variables. I am on BIOS fb4 for my
Aorus B650 Elite Rev 1.2 motherboard and I am using Trident Z DDR5 RAM, It is a 32GB kit with two 16GB sticks. The transfer speed is rated for 6000 mt. I waited 5 minutes after clearing CMOS, with the battery out and unplugged.
