[SOLVED] PC won’t post

Hi so I just finished building my pc and it was working it posted and I installed then drivers, etc. then I turn my pc off and when I go to turn it on all the fans turn on, but on the right side of the motherboard these LEDs lanes Boost, VGA, DRAM, and CPU the cpu and dram were both blinking. The CPU was blinking red and the dram green back and forth and I’ve tried moving the ram slots and stuff but really can’t fix this if I don’t know what the problem is. Did I get a bad Mobo? Because when I opened the motherboard the box was not sealed or have any tape keeping it closed, and the static plastic is came in didn’t have any tape keep It closed. So if you guys could help me out I’d appreciate it all lot!
