Question PC won’t start, Motherboard flashing red and white light

Hello, after replacing my case and motherboard, I cannot get my computer to start. After plugging in the PSU and switching it on, there is a dim red light that starts to flash. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Motherboard: Asrock z270 killer sli/ac
Case:NZXT h500i
CPU: I5 7600k
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060

look up the motherboard manual to see what the light mean?

Not in the manual. They say the red light is normal so that might not be the problem
