Question Pc won’t start

Built my first pc, the mother board and cpu fans run when just the basics are plugged in, how ever once I plug in my case fans, usbs and gpu it just flashes for a second and shuts off. 4 of my case fans all hook into one spot on psu which all go into my system fan 1. Could this be overloading system fan 1 or would that matter.

Also it’s a msi x470 gaming plus motherboard with cpu ryzen 2700x in a rosewill cullian mx case if that helps, gpu is gigabyte 1070
