Question Pc won’t turn on after a black screen

So I was playing far cry 6 with my new parts installed (rtx 3080 and rm850w psu ) and it was working fine then my monitors went black so I turned my pc off to try to get my monitors on again and now my pc won’t even turn on. Anyone have any ideas as to what’s happened and how to fix it?

What do you mean with won't turn on? Does it spins up the fans and just sits there with a black screen or it's completely dead?
