Question Pc won’t turn on after installing ram, CPU light flases red and this process repeats

I’ve tried a lot of different things, resetting cmos and individually trying each ram stick. Removing ram and letting load (which works but there’s no display because there isn’t any ram)

did you upgrade to that ram?
if so do you still have the old ram sticks, if you do try and install them back, and see if it works, if it works then id return the ram you got
