Pc won’t turn on after move

So I had my pc out in my kitchen to swap out my gpu and psu. After I got it all set up it turned on nicely and was running smoothly after I had all the drivers installed. Well I left my house for like 10 mins to go get gas and I had my pc turned off while I was gone and I came back and unplugged it to put it back in my room and when I went to turn it back on it won’t turn on at all? My power strip is working but I don’t know what’s wrong. Any ideas?

Ok so I took my pc back to my kitchen and plugged it in and it turned on instantly. So I took it back to my room and put it in a different plug and it still isn’t turning on. It doesn’t make sense because my tv works, my monitor turns on, and my PS4 works so I don’t understand why my pc isn’t turning on in these plugs
