Pc won’t turn on but lights is on

Hello!
I woke up a day and my pc suddenly won’t turn on for some reason so I went online and tried to find a solution with no help🙁.
My gpu lights up when I plug the power supply in, and whenever I take the “atx power cable” in and out of the motherboard the fans starts running for a split second but turns of again immediately but the gpu light is still on.
