Question Pc Won’t turn on. Ram light is on but I’ve done a ram check before and the ram was fine.

My pc was constantly crashing in game, and my ram light was coming on in one slot but not the other, so I determined that my motherboard was faulty. I bought a new motherboard, and thought everything was fine till my pc crashed again. I turned off the psu because the power button wasn’t working and when I turned it back on the ram light whent on in all slots and the computer didn’t boot. I tried cleaning the ram and replacing the gpu. I don’t really know what else to do
