[SOLVED] Pc won’t turn on

i need help, i got parts for christmas to build my first pc, i put it all together while watching a tut, and i go to turn it in but it doesn’t post, but there’s a debug light for cpu on the mobo, i start trouble shooting, replugging in cables, etc, after i do that i go to turn it on and now it doesn’t even turn on, someone plz help, they are all new parts

ryzen 3 2200g
b450 pro vdh
8gb ram
750watt 80+ gold psu evga
radeon 580
1tb hard drive

Make sure that you've connected the 8 pin CPU power cable to the motherboard.
