Question Pc won’t turn on

I have tried almost every possible troubleshooting method. My HDD LED and Power switch cables are in the right spot. I tried the power switch from another case, still nothing. I reseated power connectors, and tried to short the power switch with a screwdriver. Only sign of life I’ve got is that there is a green light on my gpu.

Ryzen 1700
Gigabyte b450m ds3h
500w rosewill psu
1tb hdd
Phanteks p300
