Question Pc Won’t turn on

Ok so I left my pc on this morning and it went into standby or sleep or whatever it does and I seen my ram lights were still on so I held my button to turn it off and they did and now I can’t turn on pc all I have is the motherboard light and that’s all what do I do

When I press my power button now after turning on the main power in the back I can hear a faint single tick noise

recheck the psu power cable to the components. could be just the psu

I’ve took it apart and replugged everything. Before this issue occurred the last time I had even opened up and changed anything was a rgb splitter 2 months ago. I’m not sure why turning off my pc with my power button would cause it to not start back up
