Question PC won’t turn on

Hi guys,
2 weeks ago I build the pc with the following specs

DDR4 2x16GB 3600mhz RAM
Asus dual AMD RX 6600
Corsair CX 650W PSU
Gigabyte B550M DS3H
Ryzen 5 5600

everything worked fine until today, while I was watching a video the pc suddenly turned of without any warning messages or errors and won’t turn back on now for some reason(no smoke no nothing)

i tried the following:
1)changing PSU cables
2)removing CMOS battery and holding power button for the 1min
3)Removing both ram sticks and putting them in the different slots
4)Removing and button without GPU
Using different PSU from my old setup (EVGA 500w) still nothing
5)My old RAM sticks from my old setup

Im I right to assume that the problem is the motherboard?

Dnk if it helps but when I push power button none of the fans spin and there’s nothing on the screen additionally the RGB ram sticks are glowing that’s it.

any help is appreciated ty

Corsair CX 650W PSU...

these are lower quality units.
i wouldn't be surprised if it just failed and killed other components.

if you have an available secondary system;
try replacing components one at a time.

or contact a local repair shop and have them troubleshoot for you.
