[SOLVED] PC wont boot after a ram upgrade

Hello so i wanted to upgrade to 8 gb of memory and i bought 1 4gb stick of ddr3 1333mhz(Micron MT16JTF51264AZ-1G4M1) and when i install it my system wont boot.
I have a Q1900m motherboard and 1 stick of 4gb (crucial CT51264BA160BJC8FPR).
Please help!

Try to do a clear CMOS. Just remove the small cell battery which is on your motherboard for 10 minutes. Do not forget to disconnect the PC from the wall outlet.

I managed to solve this by first putting the new ram then shutting down the system and putting the old one.
