Question PC won't boot after BOSD

I was playing games when suddenly my PC got BOSD, hard restarted it and now it won't boot, the power indicator lighted up, but the hard drive light shows no activities (a very dim solid green light), nothing shows up on the monitor(completely pit black), no beeps and my fans spin abnormally really loudly non-stop(normally it's only spin loudly for 3 seconds then silent down) unless I force shut down by holding the power button

Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap

What I've tried:
-Reseated my RAM chips
-Cleaned my GPU with dry paper towel and reseat it.
-Checked for any blown capacitor(not even one blew up)
-Checked and reseat any loose wires

Found the culprit of the problem, one of my 2 4 gigs DDR3 RAM sticks was completely busted, although it looks fine at first!
