Question PC won't boot after BSOD - VGA white light

Was using Firefox when my PC froze then blue screened. No prior issues for months. I shutdown the PC 30 seconds into the BSOD.
Now when I turn on my PC, fans light up and everything- but no video or BIOS. Nothingness. Motherboard has a white VGA light.
I've tried alot, which includes

  • Anything with RAM. I used all sticks and one stick, and tried em all in each position. Even used a new RAM. I don't think it's the RAM.
  • Reset the CMOS battery.
  • Start the PC with no GPU.
  • Leaving the PC on for hours.
  • Uplugging everything but the power.
  • Using HDMI and DisplayPort, and neither.
  • Nothing visibly wrong. Don't think it's a physical issue.
Things I haven't tried, possible solutions I can't do ATM

  • Moving the GPU to another slot, I never found someone online who found success with this, also there are cables in the way.
  • Using another GPU.
  • Using another CPU.
Seems like the issue is a faulty motherboard- I'm using a pre-built with a bad MB. Seems like everything else should be completely fine.
Any help is loved, I got school stuff to do ASAP.

msi have a evga psu?

anyway. without another gpu for testing, it hard to tell what is not working
Firefox probably caused the crash, it happened before with Chrome. Something to do with a memory leak due to hardware acceleration. I'll test my GPU in a friends PC soon, I hope to god it's ok with the market being the way it is.

E: Yeah I believe it's EVGA.
