Question Pc Wont Boot after Downloading motherboard drivers

So i upgraded my motherboard. (From MSI z370 A Pro to ASUS Rog Strix z390-h gaming)
Installed windows successfully. First Thing I did was install Lan Drivers and then installed Graphics drivers. After restarting I Installed all the other drivers for the motherboard and then clicked restart. The Screen was black (No signal error) for 4ish minutes I waited a bit longer but nothing happened. I press the reset switch nothing happened. So here I am making this post.

Asus Rtx 2060 Rog Strix
Asus Rog Strix z390-h gaming motherboard
16gb of ram 2666 MHz
Windows 10 Home Edition 64-Bit
EVGA 650 B3 80+ Power Supply
Additional Stuff:
Elgato HD60 Pro
3 HDD 1000GB(Main) 500GB, and 250GB
2 Monitors

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute). If still no go... it could be a failed BIOS update.
