Built my first PC a couple days ago, powers on and goes into BIOS fine but after saving and exiting out of BIOS it will not boot or display anything. I had done a couple flashback installs of the latest BIOS and finally got Windows installer to boot after doing a flashback and skipping opening BIOS altogether, got set up and restarted fine after installing drivers. Went back into BIOS to enable EXPO for the RAM and again after exiting it will not boot back into Windows. The mobo's post status check light is on for the CPU and RAM on start up but went away after getting into Windows.

Specs:
ASRock B650M Pro RS
Ryzen 5 7600X
G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5-6000 CL36
Radeon RX 6800 XT
Cooler Master 850 W 80+ Gold

Make sure you have your memory in slots 1&3 or 2&4 before enabling EXPO and see if that helps. If you try it in one and it doesn't work, switch it to the other and try again.

Does it boot into Windows without issue if you don't enable EXPO?

Also, what is the exact model # of the memory that you got? I know you said it was G.Skill Flare XS DDR5-6000 CL36. When I look at ASRock's compatibility list (HERE) it only lists one FX5 set which is :
DDR5G.Skill5600560016GBF5-5600J3636C16GX2-FX5SamsungSSv2v1.28

Also take a look at the max memory supported for your processor HERE.

Memory in proper slots per the motherboard manual, should be 2 and 4 going away from the processor.

Enable EXPO then manually change the speed to 5600, save and exit.

I believe they’re in A2 and B2 as recommended by the manual. I had only enabled EXPO after Windows was booted and fully installed and went back into BIOS later, otherwise I kept it in default settings.

This is what I have, model F5-6000J3636F16GX2-FX5
