[SOLVED] Pc Won't Boot After Installation

I installed Windows 10 on my pc and it booted fine into Windows after setup. However when I powered off the system and back up, the little dotted circle froze and the system won't boot. I decided to reinstall it using a different USB and it comes up with the automatic repair. Anyone know how to fix?

It's a fairly old custom built system. I5 2500, Intel dh61ww, 2x4gb ddr3 1333, 120gn Samsung 850 evo,, 500gb hdd, r9 280x, 550w xfx Pro.
I managed to get into the operating system and it booted and rebooted fine. However all of a sudden the screen froze and screeching was going through my headset. I then reset it and it lead me to automatic repair.
