Pc wont boot after installing new graphics card

I just bought a msi gtx 950 and i tried installing it but it my pc made a beeping noise and it wont get past the bios. It just shows a still image of the bios so i cant even move around. However if I put in my old gt 330 it still boots up fine. I tried uninstalling the old drivers but that didnt do anything. Please help

Make sure the GTX950 video card is inserted firmly. And check that it's 6 pin auxiliary power supply from the PSU has been connected properly.

If still have problems, try the GTX950 in another computer (use friends' or neighbours' etc computer if necessary).

I already made sure it went in but im gonna bring out my old 250w psu to see if its the 6 pin
