PC won't boot after installing new RAM!

I bought the HyperX Fury (2x8) RAM and my PC won't boot after installing it but it works when I put the old one back on, my PC can handle 32 RAM max and it uses DDR4. I snapped the RAM in correctly(clipped on both sides) and the RAM's are identical. Could it be defective or is it something else? It is also 2133 MHz so that is not the issue.

exact model of hyperx, model of motherboard please

H110i plus/CSM and HX421C14FBK2 is the ram model number.

have you tried with one of the two ram stics at the time?

have you updated bios on the motherboard?

I'll try updating the Bios
