Question Pc won't boot after installing new zotac rtx 2070super

I don't know what to do. after installing my gpu and cpu fans are spinning but no power to mouse and keyboard also no display. Checked all cables and reinstalled my two ram. What should I do now please let me know.

What are you using for display connections? HDMI ? DP? DVI?

I'm using hdmi since i have no vga port and i tried to turn it on without the GPU and the results are the same

So, the onboard/integrated graphics isn't working either? Try to clear and reset all the CMOS settings, if need be. Do you know what's the BIOS version/date installed on this PC ?
