Hello,
I have this build http://pcpartpicker.com/list/7Cs29W
I changed my old cpu cooler for this one NZXT Kraken X61.
So I changed my CPU cooler and now PC wont start. Power led on front face of case does not turn on. LED on my cpu cooler just blinking. Fans are trying to start but they stop after like 1 sec. And then they starts again...
So overall I turn on my PC and cpu led and fans just start working and then after 1sec they turn off .. and then after another 1 sec they turn on and turn off .. and again and again.

I really need help 🙁 I dont know what to do... is there problem in my power supply or not? or where? I appreciate every reply. Thank you very much for trying to help me. :)

It's gotta be something power related mine would constantly start the fans and then shutoff and start again and so forth, obviously yours is different. Is your PSU modular or semi-modular? Is their a plug loose at the PSU (I know you checked the cables to the mobo and other components)

I'd try to narrow it down by removing the GPU and anything else you can to see if you get anything. Disconnect the cooler just to see if it starts at all and you can shut it down quickly with the PSU switch. Does your mobo have a power switch?

I'm just spit-balling here.

Actually I just read your first post again, I'd triple check the SATA power cable from the PSU to your drives, unplug them and plug them back in or even switch to another if you have it.
did you check all your cables? did you accidently knock one loose even though you did not undo it, easy to do when changing a cooler out. did you have to change the cooler backet out on the motherboard? if so did you make sure you didn't short it on anything nearby it? really just double and triple check everything you messed with to start with.

I had to rebuild my whole PC. I had to put out MB and make space for water cooling radiator. So I had to unplug everything.
I will check it everything again

Does your pc start or not? The first half of your problem sounds like the pc won't start. The second half sounds like it does, but the fans turn on and off repeatedly. Check if the pump is getting enough juice. I connected mine to the fan header which had a voltage control at the front panel. It was at the lower setting and the PC would overheat and shut down. A couple days ago, after I rebuilt the thing, I connected it to the cpufan1 connector and I had to go into the bios and change settings because it didn't turn on. The front fans neither, which were connected to the motherboard. I changed the fan control profile. It was set to a temp that was borderline to what was actual. Plus, I had it sitting next to an air duct in my kitchen. They kept moving just barely, turning on then off irregularly, etc. I thought there was something wrong. My toddler kept looking at them and laughing. He thought it was funny. I'm glad he did, because he called my attention. Funny how that worked out. Team work!
