I know this is an old problem that many have, but still... So I've bought a new r7-250x, and after installing it, the PC won't boot. No signal. I've read a lot of forums on different sites. Checked all the power cables including the 6-pin, seated the gpu properly, had a brand new 500W psu with more than enough amperage, reseated the RAM, and asked and checked beforehand if my mobo and processor are compatible with the gpu, and they say it is. But when I remove my graphics card and put the monitor cable to the mobo, it works just fine. I've tried the thing with the BIOS settings but my BIOS won't allow me to change/remove DVMT setting, in the Northbridge setting, I've enabled and disabled multi-monitor, there is literally no option to select "PCIe/GPP" or whatnot after boot. disabled the integrated graphics, but still nothing. All fans are working (Processor, PSU, GPU), but no signal on the monitor. I've tried to update my BIOS throught eBLU but it says it has no BIOS update. Is it because my mobo is too old? or is it because its the first time I'm installing a graphics card on the PCIe slot after 4 years and it shorted/broke the PCIe slot. Please help me, I'm a lost soul shivering right now.
