Pc won't boot after overclocking the Gpu

Hey guys, my pc won't boot after I overclocked my gpu with MSI afterburner, it won't boot past my motherboard logo.

I can boot into safe mode so I just uninstalled MSI afterburner but it still won't boot...

I also loaded optimised profile in the bios just in case but that didn't help...

My specs are

Gigabyte gtx 1080
I5 8600k
Asus rog strix gaming E
Corsair rm 650
Corsair 16 gig ddr4

Can you get into BIOS to reset everything to default settings? That would be step one. Then boot into safe mode and try a "reset" or "repair" of Win10 and see if that helps.

I did a system restore and it worked... no idea why...

I'd also consider uninstalling the graphics driver with DDU in safe mode, then re-installing. Possibly even going as far as removing the card for a boot cycle between removal and re-installing the driver.
