PC Wont Boot After Ram Frequency Change!

Ok I need some urgent help here,
I was booting up my computer as usual when I decided to change my RAM frequency to about 1800. I then saved the changes, and turned on my computer to see if those changes stayed in the bios. They did! But then in the top left corner it told me that these changes are causing the computer to not boot, so I set the frequency lower, saved and exited. Then when I turned my computer back on, it would not even go to the BIOS! I tried several times, and I'm panicking. Please help me!!

I have already tried that but it still won't boot to BIOS.

what about the cmos jumper?
if the jumper is covering the first and second pins, move it so that it is covering the second and third pins.

Did you unplug the computer from the wall power socket before removing the battery? If not, it was still receiving power to the motherboard, even thought the computer was "off".
