OK, so now my computer won't boot. Here's the chain of events:
Put in new ram (recommended here on another thread). Computer boot just fine and I played games for several hours with no problems.
Go back to it the next day and it crashes immediately when starting the game (the whole PC, not just game) and I get the BSOD with system_service_exception and amdkmdag.sys failed.
Fiddle around doing driver updates for my Radeon GPU, and do a windows update. Then it would crash sometimes immediately, and sometimes it would only crash after playing for like an hour, and once it crashed after I exited the game.
Here's the different errors I've seen:
kmode_exception_not_handled and ntfs.sys failed.
page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
pfn_list_corrupt
pfn_list_corrupt
It's always a different error message, and all of the googling says driver issues. I've used the DDU and uninstalled the radeon drivers and downloaded them again and installed again. Game played great for about 20 minutes then crashed to one of the above errors.

It's worth noting that I notice my graphics card is very heavy and the corner sags a bit, doesn't seem right so I supported it with an appropriately sized item. I removed the graphics card, put it back with a support, and my PC worked for a solid hour of gaming before crashing to the above messages (pfn_list_corrupt on this one). I've tried re-installing the ram, no luck. Now PC won't boot at all - the keyboard lights up but monitor never comes on.

Solution
A list of 3600mhz cas 16 ram which i would prefer, but is more expensive,
https://pcpartpicker.com/products/memory/#sort=price&Z=32768002,32768004&U=4&S=3600,6600&L=30,160
check via the compatibility list.
Or something like this, abit slower maybe but is made to work well with AMD Ryzen,
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Ch...-2-x-16-gb-ddr4-3200-memory-f4-3200c16d-32gfx
or 4 sticks
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cK...b-4-x-8-gb-ddr4-3200-memory-f4-3200c16q-32gfx
and you will be limited to 32gb with this last kit.

Update:

After much fiddling and googling, I swapped the old ram in and everything seems stable. So, I tried just one stick of the new ram (G.Skill Ripjaws F4-3600C18D-32GVK) and went into the bios and enabled DCOP and set voltage to 1.35V. Oh, I also updated bios to the latest version because mine was super old.

I am currently running MemTest86. It failed test 13 on pass 1 (24 errors) so I think after this run finishes I’ll lower from 3600mhz in the bios to 3400mhz and try that. I’ve read a lot of posts from people with similar builds saying the same motherboard I have doesn’t support 3600mhz very well.

It’s worth noting that I looked up my ram on the CVL and it is not on there - some posts I’ve read say that matters and some say it doesn’t.

PC specs because I forgot in my OP.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus Tuf Gaming X570-Plus
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600
Storage: Adata SX8200 Pro 1TB
Video Card: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB
Case: Cougar MX330 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

If you look at the QVL here https://www.asus.com/Motherboards-C...TUF-Gaming/TUF-GAMING-X570-PLUS/HelpDesk_QVL/ an pick this version :Memory QVL for 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Graphics Processors X570 , my ram isn't on that list. I have F4-3600C18D-32GVK. Thinking I should buy different ram.

Yes I have the latest bios, yes ram is in slots 2+4.
What should I set the SOC voltage to?

I've been doing some testing with MemTest86. Tried just a single stick and only get errors on test 13. I try the other stick (still just as a single) and get errors right away on test 1, it gets quite a bit. Is memtest86 that important? The PC will boot with either, I haven't done any gaming or anything yet though - I figured the easiest way to adjust speeds / voltages would be to set in the bios then boot to memtest86 and see what it says.

Any more than 0 memory errors is too much. Return that RAM and get one on the QVL

Well whether the ram is good or not it is supported and you do not have a chip with Radeon Graphics,

If you feel it isn't working right just return it.

Ah, I was picking the chart that said "with Radeon graphics" because I'm using a Radeon video card. So should I replace for the same thing or get completely different memory? I don't know what to do, hell I just want 32G of memory. I don't know anything about the different timings and such, I just want it to work. What would you recommend?

Get one on the list. You do not have integrated Radeon graphics. Do you actually need 32gb?

Yes I need 32gb. I know get one on the list, but I'm looking for a bit of help, I don't know anything about the differences. There's hundreds on there with different timings and such. I'm asking for recommendations, I think just randomly picking on that's 32gb wouldn't be the best way for me to go about it.

Anything on the list with the tightest(lowest) timing you can afford.
