My RAM and Mobo:

I bought the Mobo and original RAM a few years ago, and I recently bought a new pair of RAM.

All of the individual sticks work. I even mixed sticks from the two pairs and they work together. I upped the DRAM voltage to 1.65 and nothing.

It seems when I add ram to more than two channels it wont work. I've also tried putting all 4 sticks into 2 channels and it wont work. I'm honestly stummped. Anyone have any ideas?

All? There are more than 2 sticks of ram on your system? You've listed only one link to the ram. Are you dealing with identical rams? No change in revisions(stated on the sticker) or are you working with different makes and model of ram? Which BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Currently there are two 8GB sticks in my system. I have two sets of the RAM in the link which I purchased a few years apart. One from each pair (one old and one new) are shown in the link below.

They are barely different versions. My BIOS version is currently N.4, the latest version N9

I've also reset the CMOS via the button on the mobo back panel.
