Hi all,
I've got a GTX295 running under vista 64. Whenever I select re-start I get one long beep and then 8 quick beeps from the POST. The beep codes suggest it's failing on video memory test which I think may be the case as my Monitor just stays in standby and doesn't get a signal from the video. However if I turn the PC off and do a cold boot it works fine. Also I can play games for hours and get really good performance for hours so am unsure if the video RAM is faulty. Also i've got a Coolermaster Cosmos S case with 6 fans so it's not overheating.

Any suggestions?

I got as same as above problem.

But my case have not speaker, so I can not hear any sound. I touched on GTX card, and it's too hot.

You didn't mention what PSU you have.

First lets get rid of any other potential problems:
1. Test the CPU for problems using Prime95 for some time.
2. Test the RAM using Memtest.
3. Install the latest nVIdia driver.
4. Test the card using Furmark for some time while checking the temperature of the card using GPU-Z.
