Question Pc won't boot after switching graphic cards

After I switched the GPU when i turned the pc on it wouldn't boot its just a blank screen. I've putting back the old GPU but it still wouldn't work I've also tried resetting the CMOS
battery. The GPU 's fan spins and every thing turns on but the CPU cooler won't light up. pls help

Motherboard - B460M Auros Pro
PSU - InPlay 600RGB
RAM - 2x Apacer Noxx 2666 mhz 8GB
