Question PC won't boot after power was lost during an update ?

Hello, my computer is Windows 11 and power was lost somewhere mid-update, and now the computer will not get passed the POST, it gets stuck on VGA. It clears CPU and RAM. I'm not quite sure what to do, I've reset the CMOS battery using the buttons on the motherboard and also taking the battery out for a couple minutes as well. Power cycling didn't work. I do not get any signal on my screen.

The motherboard is a Z790 Aorus Elite AX. I have also had this computer for about a year now.

If you don't have an "F" processor then try removing the GPU and using one of the iGPU ports on the motherboard.

If you don't have a GPU then perhaps the only update that can brick a board is a BIOS flash.

I have tried that as well, the computer still does not get passed the VGA POST light.
Could a BIOS update potentially fix this issue?
