PC won't boot after Windows 10 install

Yesterday I built my PC and everything seemed to work fine. I got my Windows 10 flash drive in the mail today and installed Windows. After windows installed and brought me to desktop I shutdown the computer to move it to another room. After that when I plug it in and hit power it clicks, my LED fans light up fr a split second, then nothing.

Check all the connections again, this has nothing to do with Windows.

This sounds like a hardware issue.

Do you have any idea what kind of hardware issue this could be?

Quite possibly a loose wire or a loose RAM stick. Check all of the connections especially your SATA cables.

I just checked all those and they seem to be good. I do have a friend with a similar PC and will be checking to see if it's the PSU by using his. If that isn't it then I'll see if he would be generous enough to let me try his mobo

Good luck with that. Of course you could try loading Windows 10 again, it won't hurt.
