Pc won't boot and wired beep

When I turn my pc on, it goes to the motherboard splash screen and then beeps for 1 second and then it just sticks on the splash screen. Pc specs:

Mobo: 970a_ud3p gigabyte
Cpu: and fx 6300
Gpu: msi radeon r9 390
Ram: 16gb crucial ballistix sport

Help would be greatly appreciated!!

So if it stays on the splash screen and does not proceed from there, something hardware related is preventing the boot. I would try process of elimination here. Starting with the RAM, unplug one module at a time and see where that takes you. If that does not work, unplug all the other hardware: CD-ROM drive, graphics card (if you have one in there), etc.

This is definitely a hardware problem, just have to investigate a little.
